My Background
I have developed a unique approach to Fitness that combines mental and physical health. I teach you how to incorporate fitness and positive mindset into your life. I'll also help you have fun while doing it. I offer live classes, motivational sessions, instructional videos and more.
I have been teaching for over 15 years but went back to school 7 years ago to pursue my dream of becoming an RN and to learn more about mind body health connections.
I am married with three daughters, and I come from humble beginnings in Georgia. However, I have beat the statistics and overcome trauma to become one of the top 10% of wage earners in the U.S. I have helped hundreds of men and women embrace positivity and lead healthier lives.
